METAL EYES liners combine intense colour with a silky soft texture, that last for hours without creasing, flaking or fading. With an even, metallic finish, smudge and blend the eyeliner before allowing it to set on the eyelid.

Apply METAL EYES from the inner to the outer edge of the upper lash line. Close the eye and pull the lid gently before drawing a line.
For step one, wiggle the pencil in between the lashes, which will make them look thicker
For step two, make the line thicker if desired
