Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to webshop@gosh.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

 

Returns

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value, and this is due to you having used it in a way other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get a partial refund of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a reduction in the value of the item.

 

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
