If you wish to make a complaint about a product or service that we have provided, please contact us via the email below with the necessary information.
Please note, we only handle complaints for products and services purchased via our webshop www.gosh.dk.
For complaints regarding Gosh products purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the place of purchase.
Complaints should be sent to: webshop@gosh.dk
We kindly request the following information to process your complaint quickly and efficiently:
- Order number
- Your full name
- Product name
- Batch number found on the product
- Description of the complaint
- Attachments of images if possible
We strive to respond to customer inquiries as quickly as possible, but no later than within 48 hours on weekdays.
