Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Order
First, check your spam folder. If you cannot find it there, your order may not have gone through. Therefore, contact us so we can resolve the matter.
A payment is only debited when the order is dispatched from our warehouse – until then, we only reserve the amount.
We are, of course, very sorry about this. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the error.

Delivery
We currently only ship orders to addresses within Denmark. If you are located outside Denmark, you will unfortunately not be able to complete a purchase on our webshop. However, you can find our products in many stores locally. Please check your nearest retailer to discover where GOSH COPENHAGEN is available near you.
We offer shipping to either a parcel shop or home delivery.
Parcel shop: DKK 39 (free for purchases over DKK 349)
Home delivery: DKK 49 (Not free for purchases over DKK 349)
When we dispatch your order, we will send an email containing a tracking number and a link. Should you not have received this unexpectedly, please feel free to contact us.
Your package will be stored at the parcel shop for 10 days. If it is not collected, it will then be returned to us.
We will cancel your order and refund the order amount minus the shipping fee.

Return
We offer a 14-day return policy after receipt of the order.
We offer free returns when dropping off your package at a GLS Parcel Shop. If you wish to use this service, please contact us by email:webshop@gosh.dk or via our contact form. We will process your request within 48 hours on weekdays and send you a return label by email. Remember to pack the parcel securely, as you are responsible for it during the return process. If you wish to send the parcel without a free return label, it can be sent to the following address:

We will of course replace that. Please contact us and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it immediately. This means that it usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. In rare cases, it can take up to 10 banking days.
Payment
Yes – our payment solution is provided by Reepay.com and is secured via SSL in your browser. We therefore encrypt your entered information before processing it.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Dankort, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, MobilePay, and ViaBill.
First, try another browser, preferably Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox. If that doesn't solve the problem, it may be a technical error. Please contact us so we can resolve this.
Discount codes
You enter your discount code either in the cart or at checkout before completing the purchase. Remember to check that your discount has been applied before payment.
No, it is only possible to use one discount code per purchase.
Other
If the item goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase, we can refund the difference. Contact our customer service and have your order number ready.
This varies greatly as we constantly update our product range and some products will be discontinued. Please contact us to inquire whether the product you are looking for will be back in stock.
