Payment

All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

GOSH Copenhagen accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MobilePay, ViaBill and Apple Pay. We do not apply any transaction fees to your purchase.
The payment for the order will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
GOSH Copenhagen uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.

Delivery

We only deliver goods within Denmark. The delivery time for your order is usually 1-3 business days. For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the item will be shipped on the first business day. For orders placed on weekdays before 12:00, the item will be shipped on the same day.

We deliver to private addresses in Denmark – however, not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

All items are delivered with GLS.


Returns and right of withdrawal

A full 14-day right of return is granted on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. If you have ordered several items in one order and we do not deliver them all at once, the cancellation period runs from the day you receive the last item.The notification must be given by email to webshop@gosh.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can use the Consumer Contracts Act's standard cancellation form, which can be found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.


Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

If you wish to return one or more items, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please note, however, that this does not apply to packages that are not picked up at the parcel shop and therefore automatically returned to us. In these cases, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

In case of cancellation, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (however, not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to cancel the agreement.

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided documentation that you have returned the item.

Condition of the item

GOSH Copenhagen assesses the condition of the item upon receipt.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods where the seal has been broken and the item cannot be returned or resold for reasons of hygiene or health.
You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the item if it is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the item.
In case of cancellation, you may only receive a partial refund of the purchase price if the item has depreciated in value due to use.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a depreciation in the value of the item.


Right of complaint

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year right to complain is granted on products. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be reported to GOSH Copenhagen within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. One month is considered a reasonable time here, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
GOSH Copenhagen covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Privacy policy

When you purchase an item and provide your information, we receive customer data. As a data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third parties to process some of our data, including in our freight handling, which is not developed by GOSH Copenhagen. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.


Complaint options

You can send an email to webshop@gosh.dk or call +45 45 81 82 88 if you wish to contact us, have questions or wish to submit a complaint.
If you have a complaint and we cannot find a solution together, you can use one of the following options:
•    Center for Complaint Resolution via complaint portal at Nævnenes Hus 
•    Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg 
•    If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit a complaint via the European Commission's online complaint portal 
To complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000.
