Tip! The first time you use MATTE EYE LINER, you can warm up the tip with a couple of strokes on your hand. If the eye liner needs to be blended, it is important that you do this immediately after application, as the eye liner dries quickly.

Create a smokey eye by gently pulling on the lower eyelid and letting the eye liner glide along the waterline. Define the upper lash line by drawing as close to the root of the lashes as possible. Extend the line slightly past the outer corner of the eye to make the eye appear larger. Blend the liner into eyeshadow immediately if desired.
