Description

VELVET TOUCH EYE LINER is soft and easy to apply and has extremely good coverage. In addition, it has an easy and soft texture to work with and can be easily blended with a brush or applicator. It is very waterproof and withstands almost anything.

Tips & tricks

For a natural everyday look, draw a line on your upper lash line with VELVET TOUCH EYE LINER following the natural shape of your eye. Create a small “angled” eyeliner tip at the outer corner of the eye. Finish the look with a mascara. If you want to blend out the eyeliner, remember to do so shortly after application.
