LIP PRIMER• Apply lip liner• Apply VELVET TOUCH LIPSTICK• Apply a second coat, if necessary• Make VELVET TOUCH LIPSTICK last even longer by applying PRIME IT! PRIMER & MATTIFYING SETTING POWDER on top.• Make the lip edges sharper by adjusting the outer lip line with a HIGH COVERAGE CONCEALER• Add a little highlighter or create a “wet-look” effect by dabbing a little LUMIDROPS or LIP OIL on top of the lipstick• For a more glossy look - apply LUMI LIPS on top
