LIP PRIMER• Apply lip liner• Apply VELVET TOUCH LIPSTICK MATT• Apply a second coat if necessary• Make VELVET TOUCH LIPSTICK MATT last even longer by applying PRIME ‘N SET PRIMER & MATTIFYING SETTING POWDER on top.• Make your lip lines sharper by adjusting the outer lip line with a HIGH COVERAGE CONCEALER• Add some highlighter or create a “wet-look” effect by dabbing a little LUMIDROPS or LIP OIL on top of the lipstick• For a more glossy look - apply LUMI LIPS on top
